Last week, July 28 2020, the Brazilian Space Agency (AEB) was present at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) to visit SpaceLab and the other groups and laboratories that work in the aerospace sector.
The head of SpaceLab, professor Eduardo Augusto Bezerra, together with the aerospace engineer, Edemar Morsch Filho, received the president of AEB, Carlos Augusto Teixeira de Moura, the directors Paulo Barros and Cristiano Trein and the technical advisor Cecília Parente, in addition to deputy Carlos Chiodini, member of the Mixed Parliamentary Front for the Brazilian Space Program.
SpaceLab has already participated in two missions together with AEB, being SERPENS-I and FloripaSat-1. The development of the next mission is already underway in conjunction with the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) where the main platform of FloripaSat-1 will be used, this time in a CubeSat 2U.
